Curated Care on the Northshore

Curated Care on the Northshore

Welcome Home

Opening in Fall 2026, Living Well Senior Care is moving away from the large facility model. By intentionally limiting our capacity to 12 residents, we are creating a focused, resident-centered environment. Here, your loved one is not just a resident, but a valuable family member with a story to tell.

The Living Well Promise:

Expert Leadership: Founded and operated by a Registered Nurse and an Occupational Therapist.

Unmatched Attention: While large facilities often average a 15:1 resident-to-staff ratio, we maintain a 4:1 ratio during the day and 6:1 at night.

Dignity & Independence: We support daily living needs while actively promoting independence, dignity, and purpose.

Person-Centered Care

Aging shouldn't mean giving up on joy. Our home is designed to fight isolation and ensure residents feel valued, comfortable, and connected.

Future Amenities & Features:

Luxury Accommodations: Large private rooms and with shared, spa-like, and accessible bathrooms.

Safety & Comfort: A secure environment designed to assist with the activities of daily living while maintaining independence and purpose. We encourage our residents’ loved ones to spend time with them in our home.

Home-Cooked Meals: Nutritious, comforting food served in a family-style setting.

Engaging Activities: Social options that highlight fun and encourage residents to live life to the fullest, while staying engaged with interests and hobbies they held before joining us.

Peace and Purpose in St. Tammany Parish

Located at 62031 Snow Street in Lacombe, our home is nestled on 2.2 acres of beautiful, Live Oak lined property.

Though geographically structured away from the noise of high-traffic areas to ensure peace, we are conveniently located near Hwy 1088, making visitation easy for families across the Northshore.

The grounds are designed to reflect the beauty of South Louisiana, featuring a gazebo, a gazing pond, and accessible walking paths that highlight the natural serenity of the area—reminiscent of the nearby Fontainebleau State Park.
