About Living Well Senior Care
At Living Well Senior Care, "family-owned" is the heartbeat of the practice. Founded by sisters Brenda Steudlein and Angie Perrin, Living Well was born from a desire to bridge the gap between high-level medical oversight and the comfort of a true home. With over six decades of combined healthcare experience, the sisters are creating a sanctuary on the Northshore where both safety and lifestyle are at the forefront.
The inspiration behind Living Well is deeply personal. After navigating the difficult process of finding care for their own aging relatives, the sisters recognized that while clinical needs were met elsewhere, the human element was missing. Guided by the memory of their mother—who taught them that hospitality is about opening one's heart and welcoming everyone as family—they are building a place where residents are truly known. Their mission is to create an environment where a change in address does not mean a change in identity, offering a space where residents find both purpose and peace.
Brenda Steudlein
OWNER
Brenda Steudlein is a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience in critical care, preoperative nursing, and clinical education. She brings the rigor of a hospital background to the design and operational framework of this residential setting. Her extensive experience in critical care allows her to recognize subtle changes in health status that less experienced caregivers might miss.
For families, Brenda’s background offers peace of mind. She ensures that while the environment feels like a home, the oversight will be professional, precise, and proactive. Her philosophy guarantees that changing medical needs will be identified and addressed with precision and delivered with the warmth of a devoted family member.
Angie Perrin
Administrator
Angie Perrin is an Occupational Therapist with more than 30 years of experience focused on rehabilitation and fostering independence. She excels at adapting activities—whether it’s self-care, gardening, cooking, or art—to fit an individual's physical abilities. She creates adaptive programming to ensure residents remain connected to the hobbies and interests that define who they are.
Angie’s goal is to understand the history and passions of every individual, designing daily routines that are not just safe, but deeply meaningful. Under her strategic guidance, care plans will be transformed into life plans, helping residents maintain their autonomy and sense of self from their very first day at Living Well.
